Scrabble (Scarabeo in Italy until recently) is probably one of the most famous games in the world, but despite some modern restyling, a lot of suffering over the years (like most board games these days). To give a touch of freshness and novelty, we thought Andrew Capener design student graduated last year at BYU . A-1 Scrabble is the project of Capener for a redesign of Scrabble , starting from the packaging, which is perhaps one of the things the best around and found that apart from the very beginning this idea, this is a box in birch with clear above the logo Minimalist A- 1 , the board consists of six pieces / blocks of walnut as are the cards / letters printed on letter font, each letter of the game is obviously written with a character (font) different.
At Scrabble A-1 is not for sale (but you can ask for), unfortunately it is only in the planning stages, but I bet we are prepared to offer will not be long for placing on the market of this particular type of game.
